We started this process with much brainstorming and conversations with Medtronic before we proposed our solution to them. Everything that went into the curation of the idea was done after consultation and research. Our extensive network of local and overseas partners were then tasked to procure and ship the gifts over to us for in-house packing or what we'd like to call some Gift Market magic to make it all come together. Our direct contact with Medtronic, clear communication and processes meant that we could ensure a high level of quality throughout the gift journey with them.
