Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At GM Gifts Limited Company (trading as Gift Market Vietnam), we are committed to delivering premium quality corporate gifting solutions. Because our products predominantly involve custom artwork, custom printing, and corporate branding, our return policies are structured to address production errors, transit damages, and functional defects.

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for Defects

We provide a strict 7-Day Replacement Policy starting from the formal delivery date:

• Eligible Defects: Product arrives with mechanical or functional failures, structural transit damage, severe assembly defects, or wrong inventory items delivered.
• Reporting Window: Clients must inspect the delivered cargo and notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing hello@giftmarket.com.vn with photographic or video proof of the defects.
• Remediation: We will reproduce and replace the defective items as a priority. If inventory replication is impossible due to lead time constraints, we will issue a partial or full refund for the exact defective quantity.

2. Customized Artwork Alignment Guarantee

We provide digital design mockups for confirmation before manufacturing:

• If the final physical product significantly deviates from the mockups approved by the client, or if the logo printing color pantone is wrong, we will remake the affected batch or issue a refund.
• Exclusions: We do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, subjective design adjustments after printing has begun, or errors on mockups that were explicitly approved by the client during proofing.

3. Refund Timelines & Bank Transfer Methods

Once a return or partial refund claim is approved by our compliance department:

• All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
• Refunds are executed via Bank Transfer (Chuyển khoản) directly to the client company's registered corporate bank account to ensure financial auditing trail compliance. We do not support individual cash refunds for corporate transactions.

4. Product Warranty Policy (B2B Disclosures)

Due to the diverse nature of corporate gifts (ranging from tech electronics to lifestyle items):

• Electronic Tech Items (Power banks, USBs, Bluetooth speakers): Covered by a 6-month to 12-month warranty against functional circuit failure as detailed in the commercial contract.
• Non-electronic Promotional Items (Mugs, canvas bags, notebooks, pens): Do not carry long-term manufacturer warranties. These items are strictly covered by our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for manufacturing defects upon delivery.

5. Order Cancellation & Progress-Based Fees

Because custom materials are acquired and printing setups are initiated immediately upon contract execution:

• Cancellation requested after signing but before production starts may incur a processing fee of 15% of the total contract value to cover raw material shipping and administrative costs.
• Cancellation requested after logo custom printing has begun will subject the client to a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the total order value to cover material waste.
