1. B2B Request for Quote (RFQ) Model & Contract Formation

Our storefront operates primarily on a B2B Request for Quote (RFQ) model for corporate gifting, branding, and wholesale custom manufacturing:

Adding products to the enquiry list and submitting the form does not constitute a final purchase or transaction. No payment is processed online.
The submission of an enquiry is treated as an invitation to treat (yêu cầu báo giá). It is not a binding commercial contract.
Upon receiving your enquiry, our sales representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours with a formal custom quotation, including bulk prices, production lead times, and shipping logistics.
A legally binding commercial purchase contract is only formed when both parties sign a written B2B contract outlining technical artwork approvals, payment terms, and delivery obligations, followed by official invoice issuance.

2. Product Specifications & Customizations

Products listed on the website may involve customized logo printing, laser engraving, custom molding, or tailored fabric design:

All mockups, color codes (Pantone), and structural configurations must be confirmed in writing through our artwork approval form before mass production.
We strive to ensure high color fidelity, but minor variations between digital visual mockup rendering and physical plastic/metal/fabric substrates may occur.

3. User Account and Data Accuracy

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete contact details (Full Name, Company Email, Corporate Phone/Zalo) when using the enquiry checkout. Users are strictly prohibited from submitting fake, fraudulent, or automated inquiries, or copying digital product images and content for resale without our explicit consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All website code, UI design tokens, digital catalogs, case study texts, and product graphic photography are protected under Vietnamese intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, redistribute, or use any assets without our prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain website accuracy, correct pricing ranges, and server availability. However, we do not warrant that the storefront will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for business interruptions, production delays caused by incorrect data supplied by clients, or logistics problems due to external courier partners.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute or claim arising from website use or e-commerce interaction shall be negotiated in good faith. If negotiations fail, disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
