Payment Methods & Security Policy

This Payment Policy details the accepted settlement methods, credit timelines, deposit structures, and transactional security implementations managed by GM Gifts Limited Company (trading as Gift Market Vietnam).

1. Direct E-Commerce Transactions Exclusion

Please note that our website does not process direct payment card checkouts, digital wallets, or payment gateway transactions online. The enquiry cart is strictly a Request for Quote (RFQ) utility. All monetary transactions are finalized offline through secure banking networks based on formal written sales contracts and VAT invoices.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods for all corporate B2B contracts:

• Corporate Bank Transfer (Chuyển khoản doanh nghiệp): The primary method. Settlements must be transferred directly to our official corporate bank account under the beneficiary name CÔNG TY TNHH GM GIFTS.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) / Direct Cash: Only applicable for small, non-customized stock orders below 20,000,000 VND and with prior written authorization from your designated Gift Expert.

3. Standard Commercial Payment Terms

Unless specified otherwise in your signed commercial purchase contract, the standard corporate payment structure is:

• Deposit: A 50% initial payment is required upon contract signing and design proof confirmation to secure raw materials and initiate production.
• Balance: The remaining 50% balance payment is due within 3 to 7 working days following successful delivery, client inspection (Đồng kiểm), and issuance of the official VAT commercial invoice.

4. Transaction and Personal Data Security

To safeguard user privacy and financial details, we deploy strict security protocols:

• No Financial Data Storage: Because no credit card numbers or digital wallet keys are collected or processed on our servers, there is zero risk of card data leaks or payment fraud through our portal.
• Form Submission Security: All corporate contact details, emails, and phone numbers entered into our checkout form are transmitted using secure SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption layers.
• Secure Banking: All bank transfers are performed through secure banking applications under the state bank of Vietnam regulations.
