Merchant: GM Gifts Limited Company (CÔNG TY TNHH GM GIFTS)

Tax ID: 0319421531

Scope: B2B Corporate Gifting & Bulk Delivery (Vietnam Nationwide)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines shipping channels, timelines, inspection procedures, and liability allocations for B2B cargo deliveries managed by GM Gifts Limited Company (trading as Gift Market Vietnam) across the territory of Vietnam.

1. Geographic Scope

We provide nationwide shipping and delivery services across all 63 provinces and municipalities of Vietnam. All bulk shipments originate from our main warehousing and printing facilities in Ho Chi Minh City and are distributed using authorized logistics networks.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines & Fees

Because our business handles custom branding and custom manufacturing, delivery timelines are split into two phases: Production Phase and Transit Phase.

  • Production Phase: Typically takes 7 to 15 business days starting from written mockup design approval and receipt of initial commercial deposit.
  • Transit Phase:
    • Ho Chi Minh City area: 1 to 2 business days.
    • Southern/Central provinces: 3 to 5 business days.
    • Hanoi and Northern provinces: 4 to 6 business days.
  • Delivery Fees: Indicated transparently in your formal custom quotation based on total weight, dimensions, and geographic distance. Free delivery may apply to high-volume orders within Ho Chi Minh City as specified in the signed contract.

3. Delivery Inspection Rights ("Đồng kiểm")

In compliance with Article 1 of Decree 85/2021/ND-CP, we establish strict delivery inspection rights to ensure client peace of mind:

  • Upon arrival of the shipping carrier, the recipient has the right to open and physically inspect the package (Đồng kiểm) in the presence of the courier before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Inspection scope: Checking the product quantity, verifying color matching, inspecting for physical transit damage, and checking general quality.
  • If discrepancies or damage are identified, the recipient must record the issue on the carrier's delivery slip, take clear photos, reject the affected boxes, and immediately notify our sales group.
  • Signing the delivery slip without written remarks constitutes confirmation that the shipment was delivered in full and in good physical condition.

4. Allocation of Transit Document Liabilities

To satisfy transport audits and corporate taxation requirements, transit documents are allocated as follows:

  • The Seller (Gift Market Vietnam): Responsible for preparing and issuing official commercial VAT invoices (Hóa đơn GTGT), detailed product delivery notes (Phiếu giao hàng), and necessary customs/import declarations for raw materials.
  • The Logistics Carrier: Responsible for maintaining and presenting transport manifests (Vận đơn), handover records, and signatures validating cargo custody during transit.
  • Both parties must co-sign the handover note upon successful physical delivery.

5. Notification & Handling of Delivery Delays

In the event of unexpected logistics bottlenecks, severe weather, or supply chain blockages causing delivery delays:

  • We will notify the customer immediately via phone or email, stating the cause of the delay and providing a revised delivery date.
  • If the delay exceeds 7 working days from the original schedule agreed in the signed contract, the customer has the absolute right to cancel the order and receive a full 100% refund of any initial deposit paid, without incurring cancellation fees. Alternatively, the customer may choose to accept a mutually agreed discount for the delayed batch.
