This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Gift Market Vietnam Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") manages delivery of orders placed through https://www.giftmarket.com.vn/.
Delivery coverage
- We deliver corporate gifts and merchandise across Vietnam, with our primary operations based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Delivery hours
- Standard deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Delivery fees and lead time
- Delivery fees and lead times depend on:
- order quantity and weight;
- customisation/production time; and
- delivery location (e.g. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, other provinces).
- Estimated delivery timelines and charges will be indicated in your quotation or order confirmation. Express or urgent delivery may incur additional charges.
Failed deliveries and redelivery
- A delivery is considered failed when, for example:
- the recipient or authorised person is not available at the specified address;
- access to the premises is denied; or
- incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided.
- In case of a failed delivery, we may:
- arrange redelivery to the same or another address; and
- charge additional redelivery fees, which will be communicated before redelivery is scheduled.
Inspection upon delivery
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues such as damage, defects, or discrepancies. Where possible, note the issue on the delivery order and provide photos to our team for assessment.
Self-collection (if applicable)
- If self-collection is available, the collection address and times will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation. Please bring proof of order and identity or authorisation for collection.
International shipping
- For selected projects, we may be able to arrange international shipments from Vietnam. Availability, lead time and shipping costs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) will be borne by the recipient.
